These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Savygoods and purchases made through our Website. Savygoods is operated by DLT EAST COAST INC.

1. Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, prices, available options, and other product information.

Actual colors or appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, photography, production batches, or other reasonable factors.

2. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, pricing errors, payment authorization issues, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or shipping restrictions.

If a paid order is cancelled by us, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

3. Pricing & Payment

Product prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, and available payment methods will be displayed on the Website or during checkout.

4. Shipping

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 7–15 business days after successful order placement and payment confirmation.

The 7–15 business day timeframe refers to processing and dispatch before shipment and does not include carrier transportation time.

Savygoods offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $78 or more. Applicable shipping charges for other orders will be shown during checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

Eligible return requests should generally be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Customers must contact service@savygoods.com before returning any product to receive return instructions.

The registered company address is not the return address. Approved returns should be sent only to the return address provided in our Return & Refund Policy.

Website content owned by or lawfully used by us may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be commercially copied, reproduced, or distributed without authorization.
