Eligible return requests should be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Returned products should generally:

• Be unused where applicable
• Be in their original condition
• Include original packaging where reasonably possible
• Include original accessories or components where applicable
• Include valid proof of purchase

• The product you wish to return
• The reason for your return
• Photos where applicable

Please contact Customer Service before returning any product. After your return request has been reviewed and approved, send the return to:

Please include your order number and the return information provided by Customer Service. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.

Do not send returned products to the registered company address. The registered company address and return address are different locations.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and package where applicable.

5. Refunds

Once an eligible refund has been reviewed and approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

7. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once processing or shipment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
